For members who have enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), you will receive an additional verification code via SMS to your registered phone number. • Phone number changed: Contact 12cuci customer support via live chat and provide your KYC information for identity verification.
• Not receiving OTP: Make sure your phone has a strong signal and that your SMS limit has not exceeded your carrier's quota. Try requesting again after 2 minutes.

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and 12cuci. While our platform employs the highest-level security technology, there are several practices you should follow to ensure your account remains protected from external threats at all times.

First, make sure you use a strong password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid easily guessable passwords such as your date of birth, your own name, or obvious sequential numbers.
